I’ve found blogging to be difficult, for me, because I have no one, other than me, to edit my work. I use to have a grammar software, White Smoke, but it had to be taken off my computer when my computer became infected with a virus.
I’m trying to work on being discipline with blogging. I want to schedule what I will write in enough time so that I can write days (maybe even weeks) in advance, that way I can write…leave it for a while…and come back to it with fresh eyes. As it stands now, I write and post immediatly. If I don’t post immediatly I post at least an hour or two after I write.
Anyway, I thank you for this blog and look forward to recieving your blog updates via my email.
Thank you for your post and for subscribing. I think blogs are a great way to share helpful information and subscribers like you validate what we’re doing. Thank you!
Just started blogging and learning the ropes. I have writted a couple of books and have been trying to get published for about five years. A friend suggested starting a blog to put some of my work out for the public to read and comment on. My blog is http://www.meganblackmysteris.com and will be posting chapters in my blog as a series to people can check out what is happening from week to week with the story. Keith…
I appreciate hearing from you, Keith. I also urge you to reconsider your decision to give away your intellectual property, especially if you intend to sell your mysteries some day. If you just want to write your mysteries for the fun of writing them, then blogging the chapters works. BUT, if you want to publish your mysteries and have people buy them, be careful about giving them away while writing them.
I’m very greatful to have found your site.
